mmjl Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the mmjl platform (including the website and mobile web) and all services on the platform. By accessing the platform, registering an account, or playing any game, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform.

mmjl reserves the right to amend these terms with advance notice. Continued use of the platform after an amendment is published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

• "Platform" — Refers to the mmjl website and its entire service system.
• "Player" / "User" — Refers to any person who holds a registered account at mmjl.
• "Account" — Refers to an individual player's personal mmjl account.
• "Bonus" — Refers to monetary benefits and incentives awarded by mmjl to players.
• "Wagering Requirement" — Refers to the minimum amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash.
• "MMT" — Refers to Myanmar Standard Time (UTC+6:30).

• You must be at least 21 years old to open an account with mmjl.
• Each person may hold only one account. If more than one account is found, all accounts may be closed and any balances linked to those accounts may be forfeited.
• You must register using your real name, date of birth and contact details. Accounts opened with false information may be closed and withdrawals may be refused.
• An account is a personal relationship between the player and mmjl. Sharing, lending or allowing any third party to access your account is not permitted.

Players must keep their login credentials and password private. mmjl is not responsible for any losses caused by a third party using your login details. If you suspect anyone else has accessed your account, contact mmjl 24/7 Live Chat immediately.

mmjl may ask you to submit a national registration card, passport or citizenship scrutiny card at any time. Refusing to provide these documents may result in your withdrawal being suspended or blocked. This verification process is standard practice to protect both your funds and the platform.

Accepted deposit methods on the platform are — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount — 20,000 Ks (the same for all methods).
• Deposits must be made from your own funds only. Deposits from third-party cards or accounts are not permitted.
• mmjl may request additional documentation from you during the process in order to verify a deposit.

• Minimum withdrawal amount — 30,000 Ks.
• Standard withdrawal processing time — 10–45 minutes after the request is submitted.
• Only accounts that have passed KYC verification may make withdrawals.
• The account requesting a withdrawal must match the method used for the deposit.
• mmjl may delay or review withdrawals to ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies.
• Winnings from a bonus may only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.

A 100% bonus on your first deposit — up to 300,000 Ks is available at mmjl. The wagering requirement is the bonus amount × 15.

• Example — deposit 20,000 Ks, receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 40,000 Ks. You must wager 20,000 × 15 = 300,000 Ks before making a withdrawal.
• Example — deposit 620,000 Ks, receive the maximum bonus of 300,000 Ks, giving a balance of 920,000 Ks. You must wager 300,000 × 15 = 4,500,000 Ks before making a withdrawal.
• The bonus is available once per account only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash until the wagering requirement has been completed.

• Any attempt to claim a bonus through improper means — such as opening multiple accounts or combining accounts — will be handled strictly by mmjl and the bonus may be voided.
• mmjl reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus promotion without prior notice.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be voided and only the deposited amount will be returned.

The mmjl VIP programme has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold.

• Bronze — earn up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver — earn up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold — earn up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• To move up a VIP tier, players must maintain consistent and increasing play on mmjl. The activity threshold required is determined by mmjl.
• VIP cashback cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement has been met.

Players must ensure that playing on mmjl complies with, or is permitted under, the laws of their local area before playing. mmjl takes no responsibility for any legal issues arising from playing in a jurisdiction where it is not permitted.

Game results on the platform are determined by a Certified Random Number Generator (RNG), guaranteeing fair play. Game outcomes are not predetermined and are protected by SSL encryption, so players can trust the results.

If a problem occurs during play due to a technical issue or malfunction, mmjl will investigate and make an appropriate decision. Bets placed by players are not final in such cases — only mmjl's investigated decision is valid.

mmjl strictly prohibits the following conduct—

• Opening multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonuses.
• Attempting to hack the platform or its game systems.
• Engaging in money laundering or activities that violate international sanctions.
• Collusion — players coordinating with each other in advance to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using software (bots) of any kind to play.

If these rules are violated, mmjl may suspend the account, void funds and bonuses, and take legal action where necessary.

mmjl handles player personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell collected data to third parties. Data is used solely for player protection and legal compliance.

mmjl is not liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from the following situations—

• Technical issues — interruptions to play caused by server connection failures or software malfunctions.
• Losses caused by the player themselves — resulting from the player's own failure to follow the rules.
• Force majeure — natural disasters, armed conflict, or imposed sanctions.
• Failures of third-party software or services.

If mmjl decides to close the platform, it will make every effort to return players' remaining balances as quickly as possible. In this situation, mmjl will try to notify players in advance and will contact them at their registered communication address.

mmjl provides tools to help players manage their play—

If a problem or disagreement arises between a player and the platform, the following steps should be followed—

These terms and conditions shall be read and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country in which this platform operates, and any disputes shall be handled in the courts of that country. mmjl will endeavour to resolve such matters without legal proceedings wherever possible.
